Shipping Costs

Shipments throughout Greece

Greece: Free shipping on all orders above 70€.
In all other cases within Greece, the shipping cost is 5€ with ELTA COURIER and 2€.

Costs for Cash on Delivery is 2€ per order.

International Shipping: All orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS, and the shipping cost is determined based on the specific region.

Any customs fees that may arise are solely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Delivery time

Delivery time for shipments within Greece is 2-3 days, while for Postal Codes within Greece defined as inaccessible areas are estimated at 3-5 days if there is availability in all products.

Delivery time for international shipments with DHL EXPRESS is 2-3 business days, barring adverse conditions.

All orders are received and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Return Policy

Returns and Replacements

All products are carefully packaged and shipped in excellent condition. However, in case your order contains a problematic product, you can return the product and we will do our best to replace it or refund your money.

You can change or return the product within (14) fourteen calendar days from the day of receipt of the parcel.

Personal care items are only returned if their packaging is sealed and, in any case, unused.

In the case of defective products, for which no replacement is possible or you no longer wish to be replaced, the amount paid will be refunded in full, including shipping costs.

In case of our mistake we fully refund the money that corresponds to the value of the order and the shipping costs.

In the event that there is no error on the part of our store, the amount corresponding to the value of the products minus the shipping costs is refunded.

Furthermore, you will need to deliver the product to the courier company where your parcel is sent together with the receipt, which you received upon its initial delivery. After carefully examining the returned product, we will inform you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, if you are entitled to a refund or replacement, which will be made as soon as possible and in any case within 30 calendar days of receipt of the returned products by us .

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before completing the online process.

The cancellation of an order that has been invoiced, packaged and delivered to the courier company by us is not accepted.
