Hridaya A Yoga Flow Guide

Hridaya is a modern flow guide that will bring you in touch with the world of ideas of the ancient holistic art that has captured my heart. We will study concepts around yoga that have as their central axis energy, emotion, intangible contact.As in my lessons, I focus on the importance of energy alignment, the same I owe and wish to convey through Hridaya. I envision a world where everyone will move to their own rhythm, breathe freely and sing their own personal melody, wherever and however they have dreamed it.
