How can I pay for my order?

CASH on delivery

The cash on delivery service is available for orders within Greece and applies to purchases of any value. You can pay for your order at the time you receive it with a 2€ surcharge.

DEPOSIT IN A BANK ACCOUNT

You can pay for your order by depositing the exact amount in one of the following partner banks. Bank charges are at the customer’s expense.

In case you choose this method of payment, please fill in your order number and the name you entered in the order form in the reason field when making the deposit.

Your order is executed as soon as we are informed of your deposit.

As soon as we are informed (we check for deposits in our accounts daily at 09:00) about the payment of the order, it will be executed immediately. For this payment method, your order remains in a “waiting” status after it has been entered until the deposit is confirmed.

All transactions on this website are processed through ePOS Paycenter by Piraeus Bank, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure hosting environment.

Our online store accepts credit/debit cards Mastercard, American Express, Visa, American Express, Visa, Maestro, of any bank through SecurityCertificate SSL Technology (SSL Technology), the confirmation of which is carried out through the 3D Secure Network system of VISA and MASTERCARD.

All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform Stripe, Paypal, Vivawallet and bank transfer and uses TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Our online store does not collect or store your credit card details in any way, and for this reason you need to re-enter them every time you use your credit card for transactions through our website.
